Okay, now that's making better sense.
So say the documents I want to delete (error docs in mail.box) are in a view.
I can create an agent in another DB (say names.nsf for easy reference), tell it to select all the documents in the mail.box view-Errors and then delete???

Am I on the right track, and if so, where do I begin.

I'm feeling a ray of hope,
